My name is Holly - please adopt me

Holly is looking for a new home due to a major change in their owners family circumstances. Their owner feels she is no longer getting the time spent on her that she deserves.

Holly (daughter of Jodie) is a young exuberant girl who has a missing front leg (born with deformity). It doesn't hold her back any as she rushed down the stairs and bounced on the couch to say hello to our volunteer.

Her owner says she can't have the long walks that most dogs would have because of her leg but she is still pretty active. Holly will need several shorter walks, and some mind games to help stimulate and tire her out.

As she is just a young girl she has been known to shred things that are left lying out for her to get hold of when she is left. The mental games would likely assist with this boredom like behaviour.

Holly does currently live with her mum and another dog and we are told she is fine with strange dogs. She has got a tendency to play over the top with her mum so any new dog she goes to live with would have to be tolerant of this type of behaviour.

Holly can be quite mouthy when she is excited so this would need worked on and any kids in the home would need to be older.
