Urgent Cases

The dogs on this page URGENTLY need new homes, sometimes because they are old and kennels are not good places for old dogs, others because they have been in kennels for many months. If you are looking to give a German Shepherd a new home please consider them first.

German Shepherd

Tyson is waiting to be assessed by the rescue, he urgently needs a home where someone understands the problem of a tail chaser. We have been asked by the vet to help this poor boy, he is in his fourth home already.

German Shepherd

In Corder's original home there was an incident with a child, yet he has been fostered with children without any problems. He has a fabulous nature, but can be unpredictable with other dogs. One day he can be fine with a dog then the next day he's not.

He has severe separation anxiety and needs to go to a home where someone will be around 24/7, maybe over time and with some patience this could be improved. He cannot be left in a car on his own due to the separation anxiety. The kennel staff love him, and say he has a fabulous nature. He is really great with people and was happy for the vet to give him a good check over. He travels well and will make someone a really nice companion.

Please help us get this boy out of kennels, he's been there far too long. We just can't understand why this handsome lad is being overlooked. There has to be a family out there who can work on his separation anxiety.

German Shepherd

Brufus's owner sadly died and the poor boy has been stuck in kennels ever since. He will find it hard in kennels with the winter closing in, he has arthritis and would just love nice warm home of his own. He will test the boundaries if you are not firm with him but he doesn't like being in trouble and will take a telling.

If you can give this handsome boy a home please complete our Adoption Form.

German Shepherd

Sheba is a highly strung girl who would do well with someone who is very calm and is willing to put time into her training and socialising. She is very affectionate once she gets to know you doesn't seem to mind other dogs as long as they aren't over the top with her, she doesn't like cats, any children in the home would have to be older.

If you can give this young girl a home please complete our Adoption Form.

German Shepherd

Rusty would love to have a home of his own, his new family will have to visit the kennels to get to know him first and be patient, he is very loving once he trusts you. He has spent the last 3 years of his life in a kennel in a garden and never taken for walks, he loves to play and is good with other dogs.

If you can give this friendly lad a home please complete our Adoption Form.
